Late Easter blog

man, work has been quite busy, with Free Comic book day looming on May 7, I have been stamping a lot of book, not to mention a lot of full days, so I haven't had the time to finish art. anyway, I also have my next blog post ready, I'll probably work on that today too after I post this.

Money has not been kind for I have $6 to my name until I get paid, and with that too I don't have any for myself with bills in the horizon.

I have an Anime-Expo costume waiting to be done, but at this point, I don't know if I'll be able to go. And since I moved to a different location in the property, I don't know about the lodgings for this year, and if any of my roommates are going and when. ( we have 3 different houses that me and all of my roommates live. so it's pretty chaotic)

just feeling sentimental

feeling a little sentimental, also practicing some weird brushes. lol anyway, I always wanted to make some attention grabbing love related pic. I know there's a couple of them that I really like. anyway, I am making a new blog pic, just laziness got the best of me.

that said, I blame Bruno Mars' Lazy song. and never listen to it before going to work, thank god mondays were slow days at the store.

New Magic the gathering novel was put and so I got out and bought it. was pretty good. and no spoilers. you should go pick it up.

As a human being, I cannot imagine why anyone would do this, it doesn't matter who you are, where you are, or what you do, but I know that it was the hardest thing for me to watch. so please guys, help bring justice to this incident.

I have always based my life in letting people live their life the way they want to as long as they themselves don't judge me, and this is just awful. There is no logic or reason why so much hatred and violence are in this video. I know that I have broken fights before, I can't just stay idle or nay, cheer on something like this. I would not be very proud of it, and I know I will not do it, but I know that something inside me wants to hurt those who did this. so please, instead of me thinking of ill things or revenge, this is the honest way of dealing with it.

And I know if I was there, man, I don't even want to think about what I would have done to those who assaulted that person...

practicing painting

Been practicing painting lately, although I have not found any free time. which is ironic, since I don't get as much hours with my new work. but I get a lot of visits from a lot of friends, which delays my drawings lol.

portal came out a couple of days ago, I have not played it ( nor finished the first) but been watching people play it and having fun watching people rack their brains with the puzzles.

Hot weekend

Been a very very Hot weekend, enough to be just lazy and do nothing but watch cheesy horror movies. saw your highness, ( it was alright, I guess I expected more ) Toy story marathon ( so when is Toy Story gonna come out? ). lot's of just trying to cool off.

got a new chair of that counts. lol

YCS weekend

Been a quiet but oddly busy weekend. I have been shredding paper for the last week and continued into the weekend.Got a call to not go to work last Saturday, so had time to clean up and do laundry.Sunday, hosted a Naruto tournament. and Monday is the start of spring break for most schools, so everyone just showed up.And man, did they have a lot of stories to tell during the big tournament. Finished shredding on Sunday and that felt really good, finally getting that away from my regular work.

update for 1-2 days ago

Been busy as always, also have been listening to Arcade Fire, Neon Trees and surprisingly Alanis Morissette. maybe just remembering the past lol. It has been pretty quiet at the store, with the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship this weekend. of course my friends wants me to go, but I'm really not that good with the game yet and I will be working on those days. It's gonna be nice and quiet but my days are gonna be long with out friends.

So far, so good, blogging is not as demanding as drawing a 32 page manuscript and it's pretty relaxing being able to relay what I'm saying, still trying to figure out how to do other things with blogspot, so if you have any experience, I would like some tips and tricks!
